WARRANTY

1. Warranty period

1.1 Private customers. Luca Company Group provides a two (2) year factory warranty for hot tubs and saunas that are purchased for personal use. The warranty period starts from the day the product is handed over to the buyer. The warranty is valid when the product is used according to the instructions.
The right of complaint by private individuals applies only to the use of goods for personal purposes.
1.2. Legal entities (commercial purposes). Hot tubs and saunas purchased for commercial use come with a (12) month warranty. The warranty is valid when the product is used according to the instructions. The warranty period starts from the day the product is handed over to the buyer.

2. Warranty conditions

2.1. The buyer is entitled to a warranty against manufacturing and material defects if the product has been used for its intended purpose and according to the instructions.
2.2. Please note that when ordering kits for assembly, the warranty only covers the components supplied and not the functionality of the assembled product.
• Wooden tubs should be installed immediately (maximum shelf life after delivery is one week).
• The sauna must be assembled and installed within two weeks of delivery.

3. Damage and defects not covered by warranty

3.1. The Seller is not responsible for the defects of the Goods caused by improper or negligent maintenance, storage, installation, use, modification, repair and/or natural wear and/or mechanical damage of the Goods.
The warranty does not cover, among other things, defects caused by

• Improper assembly of a Luca Company Group product
• Use of material that does not comply with the assembly instructions
• Damages due to improper use during and after installation
• Incorrect fixings, foundations
• Damage caused by a hurricane, natural disaster or other natural impact
• Product modification
• Repairs not coordinated by Luca Company Group
• Non-observance of maintenance instructions
• Insufficient wood maintenance
• Defective wood finishing

3.2. The warranty does not apply to defects inherent in wood materials. Such defects include, for example, wood cracks, discoloration, leakage due to environmental deformation and wood shrinkage, and other defects that the customer can avoid by properly maintaining the product according to the instructions below: • It is
important to adjust the belts in time, because untimely adjustment can cause denting or damage to the door. sauna profiles.
• The outer surface of the sauna must be treated with a wood preservative or impregnated with wood antiseptics at least once every two years.
• To protect the ends of the wooden boards from cracking and to protect the sauna from fungi, mold, or insects, the entire inner surface must be treated with special means at least once a year.

3.3. The warranty does not cover stove damage caused by water freezing in the stove or stove melting due to lack of water inside the tub.
3.4. The warranty does not cover damage to fiberglass and wood tubs or interior equipment caused by water freezing inside the tub. Always drain the tub if there is a risk of freezing.
3.5. The warranty does not cover any changes in the color of the fiberglass due to the physical and chemical properties of water, as well as chemicals used for maintenance and cleaning.
3.6. The warranty does not cover worn parts such as metal grills of outdoor stoves, or damage to the plating of chrome parts such as couplings and nozzles.

4. Obligations of the buyer after receiving the product

4.1 The buyer must carefully check the completeness of the goods and transport violations immediately after delivery, in the presence of the courier. The buyer signs the shipment document provided by the carrier, confirming that there are no visible damages in the received product. The document must be signed by both parties on the spot. Keep the invoice and receipt.
4.2 If the buyer, after receiving the product, finds that the product was damaged during transportation and/or parts are missing, he must inform the carrier about this and indicate the violation and/or write the missing parts in the shipment document, and take a photo of the damage. The document must be signed by both parties on the spot.
4.3 If the buyer, after signing the shipping document, establishes damage due to transportation, the claim must be sent to Luca Company Group within 7 days from the day of delivery of the goods. If the Buyer does not submit a complaint within the specified period, the Buyer loses the right to make claims for it.

5. Elimination of defects

5.1 If the warranty claim is justified, Luca Company Group within a reasonable period,
(1) repairs the product free of charge or provides repair materials, or
(2) replaces the defective product with a new or equivalent product, if the product has not been used. Only new items are exchanged.

7. Modification of product variants

The manufacturer reserves the right to produce and modify variants of its products to improve their quality and functionality. These changes may include improved technology, materials, or design.

8. Buyer’s right to cancel an order

1.1. The buyer has the right to cancel the order without giving a reason until the product has been manufactured.
1.2. To cancel an order, the buyer must inform the seller of his intention to cancel the order by sending a written notice (eg by email) to the seller’s contact address.
1.3. Upon cancellation of the order, the buyer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid by him within [specify the period, eg 14 days] from the date of receipt of the notice of cancellation.
1.4. If the product has already started production or the production process has started, the buyer does not have the right to cancel the order under this contract, because the product will be considered to be made according to an individual order, which deprives the right to terminate the contract according to consumer protection legislation.

EXCHANGE AND BEAUTIFUL OF GOODS

According to the laws in force in Romania, the goods ordered can be returned to the seller without specifying the reason for the return within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of receipt of the goods. Returned items must be undamaged and packaged as delivered. The goods can be returned by self-delivery or by courier to Luca Company Group factory-warehouse in Curtea de Arges municipality, Str. RIMNICU VILCEA, No. 229, Arges County, Postal Code 115300. After evaluating the condition of the returned goods, the money is returned to the Buyer within 10 calendar days. Transportation costs for returning goods are covered by the buyer.

The buyer must inform the seller about the expected return of the product by e-mail to office@alexwood.ro the day before the return of the product. When returning the purchased product, the Buyer is responsible for its packaging. If the item is not properly packed, the Seller has the right not to accept the returned item.

The seller has the right not to accept the returned product if it has been used and/or has been damaged and/or has lost its commercial appearance (changes to the appearance of the product or its packaging, which were necessary to inspect the product, are not considered essential changes to the appearance of the product).

In case the product is returned based on 3.2 of the store rules. The Buyer bears the costs of returning the goods. When the received wrong product and/or low-quality product is returned, the Seller undertakes to take such products and replace them with similar, orderly products. In case the Seller does not have similar goods, he returns the money paid for the goods(s) to the Buyer.

Claims regarding product damage during transportation must be submitted to the employee of the courier company at the time of receiving the package and product damage must be noted in the product receipt document. If the buyer accepts the shipment and signs the bill of lading without comments, it is considered that the delivered shipment is without defects, the quantity and quality of the goods comply with the terms of the sales contract.
